Service Terms & Conditions – 2026
These Service Terms & Conditions outline how K&J Lawn Care provides seasonal lawn services, including scheduling, billing, service expectations, and client responsibilities. These terms are designed to ensure consistent service quality, fair scheduling, and clear communication throughout the season.
Seasonal Service Structure
K&J Lawn Care provides services on a seasonal basis. Seasonal pricing reflects reserved service capacity, scheduled availability, and professional oversight throughout the season.
During periods of drought, excessive rainfall, or reduced turf growth, service frequency may be adjusted while maintaining the client’s position on the service route. During these periods, K&J Lawn Care will continue to attend the property at the regular service interval to monitor lawn health, remove debris, trim edges or weeds, and perform other necessary maintenance, all at the agreed seasonal service price.
Scheduling & Weather
Service days may shift due to weather, site conditions, or equipment requirements. Clients remain on their assigned rotation and will receive service as conditions allow.
Specific service days are not guaranteed; however, consistency within the established rotation is maintained.
Billing & Payment
Invoices are issued according to the agreed billing schedule. Authorized payment methods may be charged automatically where applicable.
Accounts with outstanding balances may experience service delays until resolved.
Early Termination
If services are discontinued mid-season, all services completed to date, including any bundled or discounted services already provided, will be billed in full.
Access & Site Readiness
Clients are responsible for providing reasonable access to service areas on scheduled days, including unlocked gates and removal of obstacles where possible.
If access issues prevent service, the visit may be skipped and resumed on the next scheduled rotation without credit.
Property Conditions & Safety
Lawns containing excessive debris, unsafe conditions, or undisclosed hazards may require service adjustments or additional charges.
K&J Lawn Care is not responsible for damage caused by hidden or pre-existing conditions such as shallow utilities, irrigation lines, debris, or unstable surfaces not disclosed prior to service.
Additional Services
Services such as aeration, dethatching, overseeding, top dressing, or other lawn renovations are offered separately unless explicitly included in a seasonal package.
Communication
Clients are encouraged to communicate service concerns promptly so adjustments can be made where appropriate.
Data Privacy & Electronic Communications
K&J Lawn Care collects and uses client information, including names, contact details, property addresses, and service history, to provide services, manage accounts, schedule visits, process billing, and respond to inquiries.
Information may be shared with service providers, including our LMN customer portal provider, as reasonably necessary for these purposes or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. However, electronic communications and online systems cannot be guaranteed completely secure.
Clients may receive service-related emails, text messages, or customer portal notifications concerning estimates, scheduling, invoices, payments, and account updates. Any promotional electronic communications will follow applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements. Unsubscribing from promotional messages does not stop necessary service or account communications.

Updates to Terms
These Service Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of material changes.
Acceptance
Engagement of services constitutes acceptance of these Service Terms & Conditions.
