We handle personal information in accordance with British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and other applicable privacy laws.

Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry or services. Do not send payment card details, passwords, or other sensitive information through ordinary email or website inquiry forms.
How We Collect Information
We collect information directly from you when you submit a website form, request an estimate, communicate with us by telephone, email, or text message, enter into a service agreement, or use our customer portal.
We may also receive information from authorized service providers where necessary to manage your account, process transactions, or deliver services.

We use personal information to:
-
Respond to questions and prepare estimates.
-
Arrange, provide, and manage lawn care services.
-
Maintain customer accounts and service records.
-
Communicate scheduling changes, weather delays, and service updates.
-

Consent and Your Choices
We obtain consent for the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information where required by law. Consent may be express or implied, depending on the circumstances and the sensitivity of the information.
For example, when you request an estimate and provide your contact and property details, we use that information to respond to your request.
You may withdraw consent, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice, by contacting us. We will explain any effect this may have on our ability to provide services. We do not require consent to information handling beyond what is necessary to provide a requested product or service.
Customer Portal and Payment Services
We use LMN to support customer account management through our online customer portal. Information needed to manage your services, estimates, invoices, and account may be processed through this platform.
Payments made through the portal or another payment service are also subject to the relevant provider’s terms and privacy information. Please review those materials when using these services.
You are responsible for keeping your portal login credentials confidential. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Electronic Communications
We may communicate with you by email, telephone, text message, or customer portal notification about your inquiries, estimates, scheduled services, invoices, payments, and account.
Promotional emails and text messages will be sent in accordance with applicable consent, sender identification, and unsubscribe requirements. Providing your contact information for service purposes does not, by itself, mean you have agreed to receive all promotional messages.
You may unsubscribe from promotional communications by following the instructions in the message or contacting us. We will process unsubscribe requests without delay and no later than 10 business days after receiving them.
Unsubscribing from promotional messages does not prevent us from sending necessary, non-promotional communications about your current services or account, where permitted by law.
When We Share Information
We may disclose personal information to service providers who help us operate our business, including providers of customer management software, website hosting, communications, payment processing, accounting, and professional advice.
We limit these disclosures to information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose and require appropriate protection of information handled on our behalf.
We may also disclose information with your consent, or where otherwise authorized or required by law.
Processing Outside British Columbia or Canada
Depending on the service providers used, personal information may be stored or accessed outside British Columbia or Canada. Information processed in another jurisdiction may be subject to that jurisdiction’s laws, including lawful access by courts or government authorities.
You may contact us for information about our service providers and their handling of personal information.

When personal information is used to make a decision that directly affects you, we retain that information for at least one year after using it, as required by BC’s PIPA.
When information is no longer required, we securely destroy it or remove the means of identifying individuals.

You may also request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
Please submit requests in writing to our privacy contact below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
We will respond to access requests within 30 business days, unless an extension is permitted under applicable law. If we cannot provide access to some or all of the requested information, we will explain the reason and available review options, as required by law.
